How to upload with Biomérieux VITEK MS

MabritecCentral is your online database for microorganism identification. To get quick and reliable results, simply follow these basic steps:

1. Access our upload tool via browser
2. Enter your credentials
3. Choose “Vitek MS (mzml)” or “Shimadzu / Vitek MS (ascii)” as your machine
4. Drag and Drop / Select your ascii / mzml files
5. Select or de-select files as required
6. Start Identification, results are immediately displayed
